Spent my new year's vacation at a hotel near the thermal baths. The staff provided towels and bathrobes for customers to use in the spa, which was a great advantage. The location of the hotel was very beneficial, allowing us to park our car and walk to the attractions nearby. Furthermore, the room we received had a great view.

The breakfast buffet could have been better, with more options and refills. Additionally, the bedsheets were too thick for the dryness and temperature, which wasn't the best.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The location of this place was so convenient, being very near to the train station and just a short walk away from the main attractions. The room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa and wellness center was a fantastic addition, offering a variety of treatments and a lovely sun terrace where I could relax and unwind.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It ticked all the boxes for me, and I'm sure it would be a great choice for families as well.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed by the modern and spacious room with its well-appointed features. the outdoor eating area and its location close to the river Rhine and thermal baths were definite highlights. the hotel's close proximity to local cafes and easy parking made this a convenient and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast experience was less than desirable. the crowded room full of visitors having a briefing meeting made for an unwelcoming environment.

upgraded to Garden View room, big comfortable bed, bag of towels for spa, excellent dinner & breakfast, secure bike storage, modern facilities.

The hotel's location is ideal, located near a church and the main train station. it is situated on the Swiss Route 2 bike trail. the comfortable and clean rooms, large bathrooms, and helpful staff are excellent. Breakfast and dinner served in the hotel's restaurant is of high quality. Guests can access the nearby thermal spa facilities, and the hotel provides towels and bathrobes for their guests.

The hotel's lobby and restaurant areas may be confusing to navigate for some guests, with strange signage and information.
